You can now try Gavna’s newest feature: Suggested Actions. It’s an early version you can start using right away.

Each day, Gavna will send you an email with 3-5 smart suggestions for your project, such as who to follow up with, what to update in your tools, or what needs attention. These suggestions are based on your emails, meetings, and project tools, helping you stay on top of everything without needing to dig.

It’s a simple way to see how Gavna works, start trusting it, and help it get better as it learns from your responses. Just turn it on and let Gavna surface what matters.

You can now add the “Update Notion Pages” skill to any Gavna project. Gavna will watch for relevant emails and meetings, then automatically update your Notion pages. It can add new summaries, important changes, and new notion blocks entirely —keeping them fresh without any manual work.

Use it to highlight recent activity, adjust timelines, or add key decisions directly to your Notion docs. Just connect your Notion pages, choose when the skill should run, and let Gavna keep everything current behind the scenes. See more here!

You can now integrate your Monday boards with Gavna intelligence.
When you receive emails from contacts listed in your Monday boards, Gavna analyzes them and automatically updates the corresponding rows. Field changes and comments are added so your Monday boards stays current without manual effort.
